The 90-day program

Ninety days from binders to a system that runs itself.

You start with your level. The plan fixes the biggest gaps first. By day 90 your leadership meetings run from the dashboard and a customer questionnaire is answered from your records.

What happens, and when

One intake. The gaps in order. Then the system does the remembering.

Nothing in the plan is generic. Every item comes from a question you answered no or partly to.

  1. Week 1

Your level and your starting kit

Your Culture Check becomes your starting point. Owners are named. The basics every programme needs are stood up: policies, a hazard register, checklists, forms and a training list.

  2. Weeks 2 to 6

    The biggest gaps first

Each gap becomes a job with an owner and a date. Finishing it means attaching the evidence. Where a job needs a tool you do not have, it tells you, and you decide.

  3. Day 90

    Running from the system

Leadership reviews come off the dashboard. The prequalification form is answered from records. Your first quarterly review shows what you said against what your records now show.

  4. Every quarter after

    Review and raise the bar

A short review shows the change, the weakest area, the plan progress and the numbers. You set the next target. The platform suggests the next step up; it never sets it for you.

What you end up with

A safety programme you can show, not just describe.

Everything the program produces lives as records, so nothing has to be reconstructed when someone asks.

A level you can defend

Your own answers, and then your own records, on the same scale.

Your obligations, mapped

What applies to your operation, with its current state and the evidence beside it.

A plan with names on it

Owners, dates and evidence. Nothing closes on a promise.

Monthly snapshots

Your level is captured every month, so the climb is visible and cannot be edited after the fact.

A quarterly review that writes itself

Change, weakest area, plan progress, the numbers and the next target, ready for the leadership meeting.

History that stays

Start over when the business changes. Earlier plans and reviews are kept, never overwritten.

Your pace

Run it yourself, or with a partner who knows your trade.

Owner-operators run the program with the people they have. If you would rather have someone alongside, partners offer Maturvia under their own brand and set it up with you. Either way, the plan, the records and the review are the same.

Nothing added without you

The plan recommends tools. You decide what to add and when.

Nothing scored by itself

Levels come from your answers and your records. The platform never marks its own homework.

Start where you are.

The Culture Check is free and takes about fifteen minutes. Your results email carries a code that starts the program in the app.
