Say where you are. Fix what is missing. Let your records prove it.
Most safety software starts with forms. Maturvia starts with a level, so everything you add is there for a reason.
Say where you are
Fifteen minutes and twenty-five honest answers give you a level from 1 to 5 and your three biggest gaps.
Fix what is missing
A 90-day plan turns each gap into a job with an owner and a date. You add only the tools you need.
Let your records prove it
As your team uses the platform, your level is read from your own records and shown beside what you said.
What you say, and what your records show.
A flattering score cannot hide. Progress cannot be faked. When something cannot be measured yet, it says so instead of guessing.

Every week it reads your own records and points at what is slipping: training falling behind, procedures past their date, a site where reports have stopped. With the numbers, and how sure it is.
A wave of renewals is about to fall due.

A procedure is past its review date.

Honest by design. Nothing is called a forecast until it has proven itself on your own history. Thin data is said to be thin.
People are never scored. You see reasons, like an expired certificate, never a number on a person.
Everything in one place, and only what you need.
Incidents, hazards, actions, checklists, training, documents and reviews share one set of records. Add tools as your plan calls for them.
Incidents
Report in minutes, investigate in one place, and never miss a notification deadline.
Hazards
Anyone can report one, anonymously if they prefer. Every hazard gets an owner and a review date.
Actions
Owned, dated, and closed only with evidence attached.
Training and competency
Who needs what, when it expires, and who is actually competent for the job.

Dashboard and insights
The same few numbers in front of leadership every month, and a weekly note on what is drifting.
Documents
Procedures with versions, review dates and sign-offs that count as training.
Checklists
Inspections and walks on a phone, findings tracked to closure.
Compliance calendar
Every inspection, test and renewal date, with the evidence beside it.
Environment
Waste, water, emissions and the reports that go with them.
AI suggests. You decide.
It drafts the root cause, suggests controls and writes up a spoken report. A named person approves, edits or rejects every one.
Built for the trades and operations that get asked for their safety record.
Fabrication shops, construction, warehouses, food plants, landscaping crews, fleet garages, care homes and farms.
Businesses that have to answer the prequalification form, and want to mean it.
Ontario workplaces with ten to a few hundred people, and the partners who serve them.
Owner-operators
A safety programme that runs without a full-time safety manager, and a customer questionnaire answered in an afternoon.
Growing operations
Several sites, one way of doing things, and a clear view of which site is slipping.

Partner with usThe short answers.
What most people want to know before they talk to anyone.
What does it cost?
You pay per tool, per employee, with a small platform minimum. Your 90-day plan tells you which tools you actually need, and that is the starting point for a quote. Nothing is added without you.
How long until it is running?
Fifteen minutes for your starting level. A working system in the first weeks. By day 90, leadership reviews run from it and a customer questionnaire is answered from your records.
Do I need a safety manager?
No. Owner-operators run it with the people they have. The plan says what to add and in what order.
Where is my data kept?
Your records are stored in the AWS Canada (Central) region. Some services that deliver email or run optional AI features process information outside Canada; ask us for the current list. Anyone you let in sees only what you grant, until you withdraw it.
Is the level a compliance certificate?
No. It is your own assessment, and then what your records support. It is not an audit, an inspection or a legal opinion.
Does it predict incidents?
Not until it has earned the right to. It tells you what is drifting and recurring now. A forecast appears only after it has proven itself on your own history.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It suggests. A named person approves, edits or rejects every suggestion.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Reporting, checklists and sign-offs are built for the floor. Dashboards and reviews for the office.
What happens to my Culture Check answers?
They produce your results email and a code you can use to start in the app. We use your details to send the results and to follow up once. We never sell them; the service providers that store your answers and deliver the email handle them only for us.
Find out where your safety programme really stands.
Twenty-five questions, about fifteen minutes. Answer honestly. A flattering score is worth nothing to you.
